    The comfortable, large room, the extremely comfortable and aesthetic bar, the helpfulness of the staff and the Art Deco design A very good buffet breakfast in a nice environment. Many reviewers say they don't like the 'old' design but I like it a lot. It makes a change from the sometimes too sterile, too chrome design of other international hotels I've stayed in around the world. This is, for me, my favorite Hilton!

    Really enjoyed our really comfortable stay for 1 night. Clean, decent value hotel, the location was marvellous close enough to a great bakery and a hotpot house and old city centre and all main tourist sights as well as the airport. The packed breakfast was large and had cheap food...

    Equal parts excellent and disappointing

    The staff were friendly, accommodating late gym hours, and quickly responding to requests! The location was well-situated for neighborhood exploration.

    The décor feels quite dated, reminiscent of the 80s, diminishing the overall ambiance. Room service had significant delays, disappointing!

    Recommended for couples looking for a good stay

    Had a really cute experience with the staff who were always ready to help out. The highlight was definitely the breakfast where a special plate of surprise was given every morning for gold members like us.

    It was a bit pricey but still manageable.

    Room is clean, even smoking room does not have odor. Staffs are very friendly. Bed is comfort; Location is convenient.

    Swimming pool is small. Breakfast choice is very limited. However, there are lots of wonderful street food and one of the most famous noodle stalls if you enjoy spicy food.

    Wi-Fi connection there is better than that at Hilton Tokyo. Bravo!

    Facilities are bit old-fashioned but still fine in comparison to the price you paid. The door of the room seems too frictional, even for a man.

    On top of our credit card the staff asked 1000CNY deposit and told us that was the policy in all Chinese hotels. Well, guess what? We just came from the JW Marriott and they didn't ask us to put down another 1000CNY. Not even shy to lie. Because we didn't agree we had to pay the room upfront. It isn't a good idea staying at the Marriott first and then booking a night in the very old looking Hilton. Staff shoudn't lie.
